What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
 
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. The CrossFit program is designed to be universal, adaptable making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
 
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
 
Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site (www.crossfit.com) and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

Warm Up - CFWU

Skill - Plank 4 x 1:00

W.O.D. - 5 rounds / 1 minute of each
              -  Wall Ball  (20/10)
              -  Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1.0)
              -  Double Unders
Complete as many reps as you can in that minnute of each exercise, after the three exercises rest 1 minute. Count the total number of reps for each excercise to get your total score.

Thank you to everyone that came out saturday morning and ran the 5K. We had a great turn out to support MSCrossFit, and  the shirts looked great. Cangrats to Matt Summers who finished 3rd in his age group, Lyndsey Summers finished 2nd in her age group while pregnant, and Tammy Mclendon finished 3rd in her age group. Thank you everyone for participating. Stephanie Vann for helping put it together for the CrossFit family. Also running was Hannah Causey, Walter Wood, Chuck Beene, Jennifer Harjes, Shane Fisher and Stephanie Vann.
