What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
 
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. The CrossFit program is designed to be universal, adaptable making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
 
The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
 
Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts posted daily on this site (www.crossfit.com) and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

Thank you to everyone that came out saturday to the cookout and help move locations. I was amazed to see the support that put their saturday aside to help move this place. It really makes me very thankfull and fortunate to have such a great group of members that include themselves in what we believe in and do everyday. I know without God none of this would have been possible.  We as a CrossFit community have come a long way in just 2 years. I know that this would nat have been possible without the people that come in day in and day out and put their sweat and hearts, and sometimes blood into this program. Thank each and everyone of you guys again from the bottom of my heart. This is more than just a "gym", this is a fitness community.

This saturday, 3-6-10, MSCrossFit will be hosting lunch and a movie. We will have a workout starting at 10:00 a.m. Following the workout we will light the grill and have lunch. After Luch we will be watching the CrossFit games movie from '09 "Every Second Counts". Bring something to throw on the grill, your choice of beverages and be ready for a quality workout the everyone can handle.
