Banana Ice Cream: No Milk Needed!

Ingredients:
2 Ripe Medium Bananas ( Bananas should not be over ripe. No brown spots!)
Directions:
- Freeze 2 medium ripe bananas minimum 6-8 hours (preferably overnight).
- Remove bananas from freezer and let them thaw out for 20-25 minutes (Do not let bananas completely thaw out. If you can make a slight thumb print in the middle of the banana then they are ready to be blended).
- Place bananas in a blender on high and blend until smooth and creamy. (Optional: If you don’t have a high power blender or bananas were still too frozen to be blended and 1-2 tbsp of water for a creamier texture).
- Top with favorite toppings!
