Ingredients:

1 16oz jar of roasted red peppers

1 cup of raw whole almonds

Directions:

1. Remove red peppers from jar and place them into a high powered blender or food processor.

2. Add 1 cup of raw almonds to the peppers ( Almonds can be roughly chopped if you do not have a high powered blender).3. Add 1 tbsp of the remaining liquid in the jar to peppers and almonds.

4. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth ( if mixture is too thick add an extra tbsp of liquid from the roasted red pepper jar. Be sure not to add to more than required due to its acidity).

5. Salt to taste.
